This morning some of our Year 6 and Year 5 children set off for a week on the farm. After a stop off at Reading Services for snacks, they arrived safely at the farm at 1.15pm m
Reception, Year One and Year Two enjoyed a day at Littlehampton beach. They had lots of fun playing in the sand and sea.
Thank you to all parents who attended our dance performance today. It was good to see Chantal’s teaching in action, and to see how confident and talented the children are. Some children demonstrated the range of warm up techniques and then we saw each class perform different dances.
Year One went to London Zoo. They learnt about how the zookeepers look after the different animals.
Today Reception and Year One took their teddy bears to the teddy bear hospital in school. They learnt all about different parts of the body and how to keep our bodies and minds healthy.
Today our Year 4 class, with the help from some of our Year 3 children, took part in a Benchball friendly tournament at The Charter School, East Dulwich.
As part of our World Book day celebrations, author Nanny P visited our school and read one of her books to us. Her books focus on life experiences of families who are neurodiverse.
We had a fantastic day celebrating World Book Day. Thank you to everyone for all your amazing costumes.
In Reception we learnt all about Lunar New Year. 2023 is the year of the Rabbit. We made some rabbit lanterns.
